Our business exists to create opportunity, connection and meaningful impact for people with disabilities - but we know that real support goes far beyond the hours we provide. This mission is deeply personal for us. Founder Mikayla’s brother Ryan lives with a disability. Through our work, we’ve seen how many families face deeper challenges like housing insecurity. Giving back allows us to address these broader issues and ensure our growth continues to create real change for those doing it tough.
We chose to support Australian family homelessness because it hits incredibly close to home. Founder Alex grew up in housing commission and knows what it means to live with uncertainty. Many of the individuals we support through our disability programs have experienced homelessness or housing insecurity. This isn’t a distant issue - it’s real and it’s happening to families just like ours. We want to be part of the solution, helping give people the safety, stability and space to rebuild - and the chance to build a better life."
